Unacceptable service

I ordered 4 canvas prints - when delivered it was so bad i could not use it. Smudges, gluemarks, printing so thin the canvas shows through the print, colours not true. I was promised in writing a reprint - nothing happened - now they just ignore me. No answers to my mails. STAY AWAY
