After posting a report on hello peter, I got a phone call 2 days later from the Game Boksburg Manager Hamilton. And what a surprise, within 3 hours after getting the call, I was refunded and my new tv repurchased. This Manager (Hamilton) went out of his way to make sure that I the customer gets the best possible service. He was friendly, extremely professional and sorted out this matter for me with great efficiency. Thank you Hamilton for sorting this out. And Hamilton has also managed to change my mind about Game Customer service, Hamilton is a true Manager with Customer satisfaction in mind most definitely. Great Job.
