I am an Exact account holder, got a call from an agent who promote R50 airtime I would, saying it's not a contract at all, now after not paying my clothing account they stopped my number from receiving and making calls saying I need to pay the arrears of R700 on the clothing which to my understanding has nothing to do with the airtime, no terms and conditions were read to me. This is dodgy.
