I made a purchase at Boardmans Design Quarter and was appalled with Motlalepule's "customer service". She did not wait for me to finish indicating how I would like to pay for the transaction (I had a combination of accounts and vouchers), simply finished the transaction as she saw fit and when I indicated that it was not the combination I wanted, did not apologise or offer to amend the transaction and when I indicated that I would be complaining about her attitude, simply gave me a "go ahead, make my day" attitude). This lady does not deserve to be employed.
