Please note that I made a settlement amount with Jet stores in June 2012 (as per attached proof of payment). I was told that the ITC report (payment profile) with Jet Stores will be updated accordingly. Its now a year later and the ITC report still reflects an outstanding amount, I have tried to get the Jet stores people to sort the profile to no avail hence to I have been advised to log a dispute with you.
i phoned the call centre and spoke to a very incompetent woman by the name of ELSIE, she has no sense of customer service whatsoever, she speaks to me (customer) as though i was a fool and she kept raising her voice, this indicating to me that she does not know what she is talking about. she needs to be taught that because someone was handed over to attorneys you must treat them like . i could still open an account with jets stores but due to such treatment from incompetent people i will never ever open and account with jets or refer anybody to the store.
