Incomplete vest

On the 8th of June 2012 I was in P.E, so I decided use my jet account to buy myself some vests. When I got home in East London, I opened the 2 pack packet and to my surprise there was only one vest instead of two. I went to a jet store in E.L for assistance and they said they can not help me as they will be short of stock so they made a call to Jet Greenacres where I was told by Nande that there is nothing they can do about it. They expect me at my own expense to go to p.e to return the pack but the fault is not on my side. I asked to speak to the manager who did not seem to be interested in listening to what I was saying. This is the second time I have bought an item from jet and the pack is not complete. The first case was in Newlands Cape Town but I was happily assisted. I will not use my own expenses to go to P.E for jet's fault. If my query is not handled properly I will closes my account and go somewhere else for a clothing account.
