I recently made use of Firefly branding & IT Solutions for my company's re-branding needs. I must admit that when I first started communication I was sceptical but after talking to the head designer I was put at ease. They are very efficient, professional and prompt. I then decided to make a purchase through them, the Dell XPS 13, and again I wasn't disappointed, buying on-line and you cannot collect is always a stressful task, but the Firefly team keep you updated every step of the way. I really appreciate all their dedication and think more businesses can learn from their excellent customer service!
