It`s nearly month end and the shops is more busy. Today 14h00 I purchase something and wanted to pay my account. The one teller that was opened tried to resolve a problem for another customer who`s surname was wrong. The Manager assisted her. 2 Customers in front of me and 4 at the back and we have to wait. I went out of the Que, asked the manager where the other teller are. She ignored me. When I made a scene then only she called another teller. They don`t make eye contact, don`t greet you properly, no energy no willingness to assist. Don`t the know that they need the customer to show profit, to pay salaries, to have their jobs. They seriously have to work on there service. Not impressed. Thanks.
