We have purchased a electronic breast pump on the 10 March 2013 upon opening and using this product i found that it did not express the milk efficiently (very slow rate). Further to this it caused the nippes to be sore and left marks as a result i could not breast feed naturally for about 3 weeks. I have taken the product back to the supplier a month later as i was ill to visit the store only to find they refuse to accept the product. I ask that you look into this matter as i have spent alot of money on this product and am very dis-satified with the use that it should have provided.
