Tommee Tippee Breast Pump

Breast Pump was bought on the 27th of August 2013 via debit card, unfortunately the till slip has gone missing, after two and a half weeks the unit stopped working (suction not working properly), we took the unit in on Saturday the 21st of September, the manager asked us to bring it in again on Monday as they need to phone their supplier, we took the unit back on Monday (23rd), we got a repair slip and were told the unit would be looked at later in the week as Tuesday was a holiday. Told them, that fine, just please put priority on it as my wife needs to pump milk for our newborn. Jump to Saturday (28th) we were told that we must come back next week as the rep has not been past, told the lady if we have no answer on Monday I will want my money back as we NEED another breast pump, come Monday (30th), still no joy, told the lady I will be wanting my money back now as I need another breast pump, was told " You need a Till Slip to get a refund..."Why do I need a Till Slip? You have already taken responsibility and ownership of the Breast Pump when you gave us a Repair Slip so you agree that the unit was bought at your establishment, correct? " Response Please.
