Jan 2013 claim submitted, May 2013 still no refund

Submitted a claim in Jan 2013, by email and by fax. Has taken the claims dept 3 moths to contact me and still have not had a refund. This after emailing the account to them at least 3 more times.

Spoke to supervisor who promised to email me what the problem was with my claim but after 3 weeks nothing at all.
