Terrible attitude

I went to Fearie Glen to do my groceries. Stopping off at the kiosk first to pay my power bill it was apparent that there were problems. 3 people behind the counter with one working till and the queue moving at a snails's pace. I was explicitly called forward from the queue with my power bill and given the additional goods which I asked for only to suddenly be sent to the back of the queue again in a manner that made it look like I jumped the queue. This after pointing out to them that there are people in front of me before going forward. People in the queue shaking their heads at my expense. After complaining to the manager I returned to the kiosk to let them know that the manager will be seeing to them. The response from the cashier: "Let him come! ". Bad service is one thing but having an bad attitude along with it simply takes the cake!!!
