I have purchased a Samsung Galaxy Y S5360 on the 23 December 2011 and since then within six months we had to book the phone in for repairs which took six weeks to repair and ever since then it has gone in four times for repairs.which accumulates to twenty four weeks (half the year).

I am currently left without a phone as it is gone for repairs once again.
as a paying client of Markhams i have received absolutely no joy from the store and their staff.

I am totally dissatisfied and disgusted to think that a MAJOR Company like TGF could deliver such terrible services to its customers.
I would like to make it known to you that if this situation is not rectified soon i would approach the Consumer Rights Group to intervene
