I bought a bed last year Feb which has now broken (the wood holding the legs splintered and broke)
i called Furniture city on 13 Feb 2013 and they said they would let the warehouse or whoever know and they would get back to me.
On the 25 and 26th i called and was told someone will get back to me.
i have since then called on 01, 04, 05, 07, 11 and 13 March also saying someone would get back to me.
i was then called on the 13th back saying they understand i am upset and the regional manager will call me.
I then called him/or the person sent my query, this morning at 8:50 and was told he was supposed to be in at 9 and that he would call me back - i am still waiting for that call!
i am absolutely horrified that one can spend a considerable amount of money at your shop but you dont bother calling back an unhappy customer!!!
