Delayed Refund

Hi i bought a bed at furniture city Midrand on the 17th of March and Banyana (sale person) said i would get it in 4 days. I payed for the bed cash R3599, i was told they do not have it in stock and they will order it and i will have in 4days. I kept calling the store to find out the about the delivery and availability of my bed and the sales the person keeps telling me she will call me back but she never calls me back i, i have to call her everyday to get an update. Its the 9th day i have been waiting for my bed. I called Banyana and told her i want my money back she only then told me that the Suppliers do not have the bed after 8 days. She told me i can only get my money back only when a customer comes to purchase in the store for cash. I then called their head office and they said they will assist but i am not seeing any results. I moved to a new place and i dont have a bed or my money.
