On Friday 24 January 2014 at 17:00, myself, my cousin, her 10 month old baby and my 3 year old son went shopping at Pick 'n Pay Evaton Plaza. We pulled the trolley and the usual trolley entrance was closed with other trolleys. We stood near the entrance trying to figure out and asking people passing by which way to go because we could only see the swing gate. All this time Marcia is standing next to us hearing every word we were saying, proudly wearing her uniform and name tag but did not bother to assist us. So I asked her if she works for Pick 'n Pay, she said yes. I asked which way is the trolley entrance. She opened the swing gate and said how do we expect her to assist us if we don't greet her. I have never been so humiliated in any retail store. I didn't know that Pick 'n Pay staff get paid to be rude and to be greeted by customers! I told her I was going to report her and she said with pleasure. Wow! Such bad attitude and harassment to customers!
