I purchased sofas on the 23/01/2012 from this company and the one of the sofas was faulty and had to be taken in for repairs as i was covered under the warranty, The couch was taken in last year in July and Ive been waiting for the couch until now, Last month i was promised new sofas because i've been waiting for so long, im still waiting, i discovered recently that my couch which was collected for for repairs last year, was only sent through to repairs on the 17/01/2014, i am to the core, 1st and foremost im paying for a couch i dont have and the company has made 2 promises to no avail. This is by far the worst service in my history of purchases I HAVE EVER HAD TO EXPERIENCE, AND IM GOING TO MAKE SURE THAT I MAKE THAT KNOWN TO ANY INDIVIDUAL WHO'LL LISTEN THAT PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM ROCHESTER WOULD BE A LIVING NIGHTMARE, im living that nightmare.
