I order a couch from Bargain Sofas on the 24th of July 2013. At the time the website stated that the waiting period for the high end couches was 10 - 14 Days. (this has subsequently been changed) After waiting for 10 days having heard absolutely nothing about when the couch will be delivered, I called Kay for an update. (note: I did not receive any updates from Kay through the 6 gruelling weeks that I dealt with her, I was always the one calling and trying to get an update as to to when I would receive my couch) Every time I called to find out what was going on I just got to, from telling me that the factory has a backlog that Kay didn't know about to eventually speaking to her husband telling me that she is having trouble with her partners and supplier (which of course is not my problem and I should have been told from the beginning that the couch would never come). Eventually after much grief, disappointment and anger I eventually cancelled the order on the 31/08/2013. I found out on the same day that my couch didn't even exist. All I received from bargain sofas was absolutely the worst service I have ever received and an ongoing rampage of and false promises.
