I requested Ellerings Holdings (Geen and richards) to cancel the goods insurance product and they failed to do so. I received an sms this morning (24/01/2014) that my insurance premium collection did not go through. This is disturbing due to the fact that my request was submitted last year december, we are now approaching the end of 2014 January yet the request has not beeb closed. This process failure has a negative impact on my ITC/Trans-union credit record/history. I want geen and richards to terminate the insurance product and update my ITC/trans-union history accordingly. Failure to do so, I am prepared to approach the Ombudsman and log a formal complaint. I have also requested G&Rs to provide me with a copy of my contact for review (I was informed by Customer service that it was mentioned on the contract that the owners is on the account holder to request the insurance product to be terminated- I am still waiting for the above mentioned documents.
