Don't know Procedures and too busy to assist!

My husband and I had friends leave Windhoek Quart bottles at out house after a function. As opposed to chucking them out we wanted to return them to be recycled/re-used. The store supervisor was too busy having a laugh with the security guard to assist. When he did he called the manager who we waited for for over 10 mins to let us know if they would even take the bottles and crate. Neither the security, cashier or store supervisor knew if you could return these bottles and crates there. The blatant rascism we saw while waiting for the manager was despicable. The store was closing and the doors were closed numerous people of colour approached the door and were let through by the store supervisor and security yet 3 separate lots of white people were turned away. To see this in 2013 is so sad and not something a company as large as pick n pay should be portraying.
