On the 2 Oct 2013 I called through to do a fashion delivery .it is now one week later and I am still waiting for my item. U dont feel that this is good customer service as not even a o e person contacted me to let me know what happening with my item.its very easy to give a reference number but what happens after that.
The reference number is 10308529
When I called them today the lady tells me that they only found the item yesterday.how can this be as I told the consultant on the 2 oct 2013 which store it was at and it was also set aside for me.he even captured these details so how can this be.truworths should not offer a service that they cannot deliver on.
