At the beginning of December, I found some beautiful bridesmaids dresses at one of your stores. I signed up for a Truworths account specifically so that I could use your fashion delivery service to source other sizes from different stores. On the 4th of December I ordered the dresses, and was only notified on the 30th of December that the 2 dresses I had ordered were out of stock. It took 26 days for you to get back to me, which is absolutely shocking! In the meantime I have co-ordinated my cake and the wedding decor to match the colours of the dress, and now I have to change all of this, and start the search for bridesmaids dresses all over again! Unacceptable service. Is this the kind of experience you would like new customers to have? I have no choice but to close my account. What a waste of time!
