I phoned from George to order a glamour dress in canal walk. Mongezi arranged with the glamour and despatch department to ensure the dress will be sent to me. Mongezi kept me informed at all times by phoning me when he found the dress, arranged with despatch and when the dress needed to be allocated to my account.
