Mr and Mrs van Tonder bought the mentioned vehicle from me - they did not pay R400 000 as indicated by Mrs van Tonder. The vehicle was advertised for R389 900 which they could not afford and we brought the price down to R369 900 to accommodate their affordability. All faults indicated by Mr and Mrs van Tonder has been attended to by a Land Rover approved (as well as RMI approved) mechanical workshop. A grand total of R48 000 was spent on this vehicle to rectify their list of faults. Why does Mrs van Tonder not mention that the car was in for repairs, instead of saying she got the run-around? She also does not mention that they had a loan car from us (against company policy) while we attended to the repairs on the vehicle.
Part of this faulty list was the DVD Player that was changed three times, only to find out that Mrs van Tonder did not have a clue as how to operate the player and was also trying to play pirate DVD's, which is not read by this system.
I personally had a meeting with Mr van Tonder, where I clearly indicated to him that it is a used vehicle that they bought with 163 000 km on the clock. It does not matter where Mr and Mrs van Tonder buy
