OTA Voucher Register on account??

I have received a statement from Edgars stating
OTA Prepaid Voucher Register - R148.26.
I have not registered to buy any airtime/ nor do I buy any airtime at all.
I have tried to contact the customer service centre - the first time I was cut off - the second time the machine said there is no answer at the line.
I have tried to email to the email address stated on my account - it doesn't work.

Please clarify this for me OTA register amount on my account.
