Damaged TV & Kinect - BAD Service

I purchased a Samsung 40'' led 3D Smart TV 07/13 & a Kinect in 09/13 from The Glen Shopping Centre. The on the stand broke on the 8th Jan secures the TV to the stand, mounting cracked. The plastic snapped off. The TV fell over onto the Kinect, damaging it as well. I purchased extended warranty. It was explained to me that if anything happens to the TV, technical, lighting damaged or physical damages. I would have technical support come to me to sort it out. I spoke to Cynthea Nene, she advised me to bring TV in as theydon't have a technical team to come out to me. I spoke to Nelen Govender, the manager, who told me I was negligent and that my warranty was null and void without assessing damages? He told me that my personal household insurance must have it sorted out. The assessors arrived at my house to look at the damages. Photos were taken &they acknowledged that the TV was still new & confirmed that it was a factory fault. They took the stand back to HI Fi. I contacted Hi Fi Corp & they had no response. The Manager advised it will be put on a priority list to be send to Samsung. I am not happy with the service and watn my TV sorted ASAP! It has been 3weeks & NO response...
