I bought a load of new Samsung gear in the last 6 months, but I now regret it. My expensive double door fridge gave issues from day one. Samsung allocated a company called MM ALL Electronics to do the warranty repair. They have been to my house three times to have a look, but they can't fix it - they don't know what's wrong??? And now? Now I am stuck with a non-responsive technical division whose manager doesn't respond to my calls. I keep phoning, and the operator says they can't help. The manager is always on a call, and never returns a message. I even paid for an extended 3 year warranty - which seems like it's worthless.
