I was a huge fan of Ester Lauder and even the service providers until last week. I went to the centurion mall to all stores that sell Ester lauder and they informed me they are out of stock, i was then reffered to Menlyn in Pta which they also informed me they are out of Stock for the "Double wear foundation, Cinamon colour", i was then reffered to Melrose arche in which they also informed me they are out of stock, i then remember there is a service provdier gby the Reds Mall in Centurion and to only get there and they advised me that they too are out of stock. after finding it insane that all service providers are out of stock, i then took it upon my self to contact Ester Lauder in Kayalami, also fustrated, irritated and annoyed at the amount of petrol, and time wasted. I was then assisted by a lady there, who informed me that infact that particular colour has been DISCONTINUED... I was furious that no one, none of the service providers are aware of such and not advising customers correctly. i have wasted petrol, time and money on something that has been discontinued. How could Ester Lauder not inform their service providers... ESTER LAUDER IS GOING TO LOOSE A LOYAL CUSTOMER!!!
