I am using estee lauder for the past 5 years and for the past 1 or 2 years our gift bags are crazy how can estee lauder keep giving us pencil cases what can we do with them same gift everytime we buying the products and the products are so expensive, before they used to give us so nice travel bags and all what happen to thise gifts? its so unfair really... please change our gift casing as we cant use the same thing all the time... its really terrible
