POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - NO DELIVERY EXTRA PAYMENT

I wanted to exchange Tekkies I got for Christmas. I went to Tekkie Town at Beacon Bay Retail Park Centre in East London on 4 January 2014 to exchange them. Unfortunately they didn't have my shoe size but managed to get a pair in Port Elizabeth that same day. They said that the Regional Manager will bring them to East London within that following week at NO EXTRA COST and that they will phone me for collection. Yesterday, 20 January 2014, I decided to contact the Head Office as I have heard nothing from them as yet, the lady at Head office said she will sort this out and phone me back. I had to phone her later again and she said the same sentence. I phoned her AGAIN today, 21 January 2014, only to hear that she will phone the branch now. The branch phoned and told me that the shoes will be here in 2 days at an extra R 150.00. After 3 weeks of waiting and no response they still want to charge extra money. I am doing the Iron Man on Sunday, they don't understand that I need these before the race, you can't run a race with tekkies you've never worn before, when I explained this to the lady, she said that she is not a runner and wouldn't know anything about that. I am very disgusted!!!
