I have bought a Slumberland bed from Russells over a year ago, the springs have collapsed in the mattress. I went to Bevan last year end of September and he said it is no problem. He arranged for me for a new mattress and I will have it within 2 weeks. It is now 4 months later and I am still struggling after many promises that it will be this week or next week. Well the last promise was last week. I am fed up with their and empty promises. I will never buy anything from Russells ever again as they are happy to take your money, but of you have a problem they don't do anything, only promise empty promises. We bought it cash, so why would they worry about getting their money, I want my money back now.
