Stuffafords sent me a communication that they would like to save the planet by switching to electronic statements and they urged us to send them our email addresses. I sent them my email address and have not received one e statement AND they have also stopped sending me mail statements. This leaves me always having to walk to the store counter and ask what my balance is and how much I owe. I am dismayed at this situation and I have been to the customer service department to relate the problem but nothing has changed.
Please pull up your socks AND I would really appreciate a monthly statement
