We bought a bed, the bed started to sag after a couple of months, the supplier and manufacturer came to my home, the manufacturer then said they won't replace the bed because we did not turn the mattress, however it is a NO-TURN mattress, then the supplier agreed to replace the mattress from his side, but sms after sms I get promised for next week and next week and next, this year I replied on the last promise sms and I did not even get a reply back. It has been since april last year?? Our bed looks like a ten year old bed as it is sagging more and more.
