Drove from my home in Randburg to the Woodmead Makro store to purchase a few Bratz dolls that were advertised for my daughters. No stock. Toy dept merchandiser had never even seen these dolls and had no idea about them. What a waste of my time and petrol. Please advise the point of advertising an item and not even having them in store? Is it just to frustrate the client?
