My order no is 1000813733. i ordered FIFA 14 Ultimate Edition for PS3 for my son. The ad showed that it will take 24 hours, when i ordered it said 48 hours which was still ok. Delivery date 22.11.2013 which was perfect. My son contacts me on 22.11.2013 saying that he ddnt receive the parcel, i then went online and saw that the delivery date changed to 25.11.2013. i then e-mailed support with the payment received e-mail which showed delivery date 22.11.2013. I contacted the call centre, where i spoke to Shanice and she told me reason for that is that there is no more stock available and that the ad was supposed to be removed and she does not know why it is still on, they removed it that day. I asked now why did it allow me to complete my order and it is still not showing me out of stock. I requested that her manager contact me and she said that there is a 24 hour turn around time, I said that's fine but i still did not receive a call from the manager. This morning when i arrived at work i received an e-mail from support saying that reason for my change in delivery dates is because they received my payment late, I told him about the payment receive e-mail that i received on 20.11.2013
