Disgusting service or lack thereof

I purchased a slicer as a christmas gift online.

it was faulty cheap and fell apart.

i returned it being under the impression i would get my full refund of R499 within 2 weeks.

the item was collected begin dec already and i STILL dont have my money and have been sending email regarding the refund for 3 weeks on a daily basis.

No one has even bothered to explain where why or how i have not received payment or anything
NO FEEDBACK WHAT SO EVER
this is truely disgusting that you can easily and quickly take someones money however it can be ignored when having to pay it back.

i have now called the 0861 52 52 42 number and after being on hold for over 5 mins my call was cut.

I WILL NEVER EVER USE KALAHARI EVER AGAIN!!!
