Terribly poor service

Since then, here are the most recent updates:

1. Was assured by the Fourways store manager on Wed (15/01) that I would be sent a dishwasher as per the specs advertised, and in a silver to compensate me for the inconvenience
2. Dion Online called me on 16/01 to tell me that they cannot source the one I was promised, and hence will send a different model in a white.
3. If I wanted THE EQUIVALENT MODEL in a silver, I had to pay R1500 more!? I was told this was the COST difference. Note that I contacted another store, and their SELLING PRICE difference is R700.
4. Finally received my dishwasher on 21/01, and it was damaged externally. (Flaking, and rust spots)
5. Notified Nomfezeko on 22/01, and was told that the matter will be followed up on THAT DAY.
6. Phoned her on 23/01 because there was still no follow up. (Contacted SMEG myself who assured me that the unit does sound damaged)
8. Phoned her AGAIN on 24/01 because still no follow up.
9. Phoned her AGAIN on 27/01. Was promised that SMEG will attend to it that afternoon.
10. 28/01 day end. Still nothing???
