Utter disgust

I have been a true believer and supporter of WW my whole life, until I applied for a WW card. Not only did it take longer than 9 months for them to reply to my application, but I have had only bad memories ever since. I have only used my card 3 times. The first time I paid it directly at the same till. The second time I paid it via ATM.
During December I made a purchase of R150 which I promptly paid in full on 29 December. I received a reminder of payment which I ignored because I have paid already. Another sms I replied that I have paid already, after which they gave me a number to which I am supposed to reply to. That I did with all the details. Zimkhita phoned me on Saturday morning informing me that my account have not been paid and is in arrears. After complaining about your service she said I must fax the proof of payment. When I asked for the number she asked me to hold. I refused because if she is prepared to give me the details of my account, she should be able to give me the necessary answers as well. She just went off the air completely. I am closing my account because of BAD service from WW!!!
