A client of mine transfered money via pick n pay to me like the at least 4 time before. I sent someone to get it and after trying at least twise he comes back saying they want the last 4 digits of the transfer number. So I go to NOT BE GREETED by the cashier Bridgette who's attitude STINKS! So after she treats me like a piece of I ask her to call her manager and when Liane arrives she says to Bridgette but you can do it or do you just NOT WANT TO HELP THIS CUSTOMER and Bridgette smurks. So I give the manager Liane the details and she processes it and I sign a slip. Then I stand and wait while Bridgette helps all the other people at the kiosk. She then helps a lady with lotto tickets LOTSandLOTS of them, smurking at me. Liane then comes back to help the other people and then when I start raising my voice to get service and keep in mind the transaction has been processed, Bridgette just has to take the money out of the draw and hand it to me. Then the LOTTOwoman says I'm a danger and Liane calls security. Another staff member arrives and I explain to him how I'm being mistreated. Then Liane just walks over the the draw and hands me the money then I went to shoprite. I'm very UNHAPPY.
