This makes the blood boil. I go and buy several pieces from DecoFurn in Kenilworth on Monday. Only one piece they didnt have in stock, so they will "deliver" it Tuesday.By 4:50 still no sign of them, I phone them they say it just arrived at the store. It will be delivered Wednesday morning. I decided to rock up there on Wednesday afternoon when i still had no headboard to hear face to face what is going on. Julian tells me it is not there, and they dont have stock of it either... WHAT??? Who is paying salaries to these people, incompetent to say the least. Then he says there is one and it will be delivered on Thursday, guess what, NO SIGN OF THEM. Back to the shop on Friday morning. Oh it just arrived late Thursday, we will deliver it in the next hour. Thanks. The chap arrives and the %%$#@ headboard is not assembled. Give me a freaking break people, really, you couldnt have the decency to just do it for me, since you have been tossing me about. What i want really is my money back, an assembled headboard, and vouchers. Maak n plan. I look forward to your sincere response.
