I spoke to Lindsay from best Eletric in Queenstown. My mom took Fridge and Deep freezer in December now I wanted to settle this account because I hate hire purchase but I need settlement to be divided among these 2 items as prices were not the same. I was told in no certain terms that its R10000 and something rand they are not going to do that because she signed a hire purchase contract. What a bull from the store. The lady before her told me that this amount will include insurance for the rest of 36 months as per her contract why including insurance if someone want to settle this account logically it does not make sense. Did she sign an hire purchase contract or did you borrow amount from African bank on her behalf. When the sales lady was going to give me credit act I wanted to know what does credit act say she couldnt say it and she transfered me to this Lindsay lady who has lot of stinking attitude. I want to settle this account in 2 payments for a fridge and freezer. I have also requested consumer protector to help me on this query. In South Africa we need less debts than more I believe you need to work with us in alleviating that our economy is so crapy. Train ur people
