I bought a Samsung 32" tv last year winter. Erna was the sales lady who assisted me. Someone else took it on my behalf because at that time I was still under administration. I took it for 36 months and the instalment was R600. I pay about R1000 monthly. In May we settle the account which was R7000. We only get R500 back. How`s that possible? I pay over R5000 in instalments. That makes no sense, according to Erna the extras is included in the instalment. Magdelene was in accounts and try to explain, but it didn`t makes sense. That was on a Saturday. Magdelene told us to leave the contract with her and promise to a give me a break down of the account. She will have it ready by Monday and send it with the Collector. We never received it the contract and the breakdown. They have excuses to give us the contract back or give proof of the breakdown to show that they don`t owe us anymore money. What is the purpose to settle the account quicker There was another issue about the mystery gift. We never knew about it so when they arrive with a Fridge and a microwave we said we didn`t order more stuff, and the delivery guys or Erna didn't`t say it was our mystery gift. As always bad service.
