NO REPLY TO 3 LODGED COMPLAINTS - FASHION EXPRESS

I opened an account (Fashion Express) and used it at Krugersdorp for my Mom when she was alive. I live in Silver Lakes, Pretoria, and the card became damaged and after searching the Web and phoning (recently) was told there is no branch near Silver Lakes and must go into any FE branch to get a new one. I then found a branch in the Grove Center near my home and went in on a Sunday morning??? There were two people behind the counter, 1 serving a customer in front of me and the other playing with a smart phone leaning on the counter. as I was in a que I presumed she did not work there so I waited for about 10 min until the customer was finished. I asked the assistant if I could get a new card and the "cell lady" eventually looked up and said I have to go to "Head Office" to get a new card. I asked her who she was and she said "Manager". I said that told me to go to any FE branch and she then phoned someone for help. She did not know the fax number of her branch to pass on. After approx 20 min I asked them to close my acc and refund on the R 630.00 in my account. Well that was even harder to get done. I have since sent 3 written complaints via their Web More details available???
