I want to complement Bongani for his help in searching for an item that was kept for me after phoning the previous day from Parkview branch... Everybody in the shop turn a cold shoulder and told me that nobody could talk to them the previous day and make the arrangement because there telephones were disconnected... Bongani took over and after more than an hour find the item... He is a great young man with potential and I will highly recommend him and the guy from Parkview solving my problem... I hope you realize his potential and reward his courage because at some time I was irritated by some of the other staff members turning a cold shoulder...
