Recently our telephone line went down and it was necessary to contact the Faults Department at Telkom. Gone are the days of testing a line and reporting the fault .. it is now all electronic!!!
The day after electronically reporting the fault I was contacted by Bongani who had been allocated the repair.
What an incredible young man!!! He called to determine whether we were home and once this was confirmed, arrived within 15 minutes. Friendly, impeccable manners, knowledgeable and extremely efficient! After a period of about 2 hours, and Bongani up and down his ladder, my telephone line is once again working.
Well done and thank you Bongani, you are an asset to your company. I just wish that all the other service related providers would take a leaf out of your book!!!
