Payment not reflecting

I made a payment almost a month ago which does not reflect on my statement. Have been to the store 3 times over the past 3 weeks and each time I'm told it will be sorted out within 2 days. I swiped my debit card in store and it reflects on my bank account statement but not on my edgars statement. It's almost a month now. I need an explanation and this to be sorted ASAP before I report it.
