I visited checkers this morning to confirm departure dates and hours. I told the consultant I was going to come back. I get there close to closing time, checking all bookings and making my booking to leave at 6:30 as I have to be somewhere tomorrow. Before she processed everything I asked her to double check bookings for me. I went to this store twice today, I asked for available busses, I did everything a client should do if not more.
I was then told that I just have to collect my ticket in town. Would I be making bus bookings if I was there by car. If I knew this I would have gone directly to translux or intercape. 5:50pm I am told this, where first consultants could have advised me. When I asked what other options I have, I was told that its with all checkers so why allow them to sell tickets if you trying to do everything as convenient as possible. Why not put a notice up as to wasting our time. Why not inform us before we do anything! I honestly think all of you taking busses should not support checkers as what is the point, if they are sending you to bus companies anyway. Now im stuckk without a ticket THANK YOu checkers for nothing! Never experienced anything like this
