Poor response to damaged goods

I am totally dissatisfied with response to a sledge bed that I purchased in February 2012 but was only put in use in November 2012. it has been problematic from the time of usage, the base was not the correct size and also had a tear. after numerous calls to the store manager explaining the urgency of this matter nothing had been done. an assesor was eventually sent, he took a picture and agreed that there is a problem. he then said the warehouse manager would contact me, to this day i am still waiting for someone to contact me. i requested a loan bed for the mean time but this has fallen on deaf ears. today i spoke to another manager, Wayne, he has no clue about this situation and this leaves me frustrated because there is a clear lack of communication between managers in the store.
still awaiting for a response and for this urgent matter to be rectified.

I am also still awaiting the delivery of 3 chairs to replace the damaged ones i recieved when i purchased my dining room suite
