NO Peace of Mind– Big Piece of PROBLEM – with Niss

Made appointment at Nissan to install a towbar on my Tiida. 3 hours of waiting in an icy cold workshop and I had to leave without towbar. "Subcontractor" arrived 40 minutes late, Nissan had ordered the wrong towbar. Wait for correct from another branch. Then the guys who would install it had left. Nobody even voluntarily kept me updated.

My husband told me to not try to use Nissan for a second try. If I had only listened to him!

Instead I listened to Hester who ensured me that the people they used were the best. For next appointment Hester again told me a quick job of 1/2 h. Again 40 min late. I was not allowed by them to watch them work. 1 1/2 h after start still not finished. Had to pick up children at school, borrowed car. When picking up the car I was told all in order.

At home I realized not ok. One "cover" fallen off, broken, 1 panel was not fitted back properly, both panels major scratches, back seats not "aligned". Took car back, waited, could not fix it, called for people to fix it, when picking up still not ok. Promised by Nissan to have panel replaced. 5 days without them getting back despite promise on Friday and Monday. Still have the damage! I
