Appalling service

My Mother ordered a set of pots on 10/12/2013 and she's been told they were delivered on the 11/12/2013 but she never received them. This is the 2nd time she ordered and pots are delivered to someone else but the amount is debited on her account.
we did not get the outcome of the 1st incident and if she's gonna be charged interest, I'm taking the matter to the NCR.
